Rohit has founded Value Edge as a self funded start up in April 2009. At Value Edge, Rohit has been driven to build the company from scratch, bring in an exceptional team of co-founders and senior management and build an outstanding company culture. Prior to founding Value Edge Rohit had 17+ years of strategic marketing, market development and business development across India, Europe and the US with blue-chip bio pharma. His areas of Pharma functional expertise include market pre-launch and launch management, competitive intelligence and performance management. He has previously worked as Director Market and Business development for Biogen Idec in India, as Director Global Marketing Oncology with Sanofi-Aventis in France, and in positions of increasing responsibility with Amgen International in Switzerland and Ranbaxy Laboratories in India. Rohit has an MBA from INSEAD, France, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business from the Institute of Management Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Delhi University. Rupesh is co-founder and Director of Data Analytics at Value Edge since March 2010. At Value Edge, Rupesh has built out the Data analytics delivery team and competencies across Pharma data analytics, modelling and Sales Force excellence. Rupesh has 10+ years of extensive and in-depth experience in developing cutting edge Pharma data analytic solutions. Before joining Value Edge in March 2010, Rupesh worked with MarketRx/Cognizant managing large teams that delivered high value projects for blue chip clients in the US and the UK. His functional expertise in domains like predictive/mathematical modeling, dashboards, sales force effectiveness, process automation etc. Coupled with a deep passion for technology has enabled him to develop innovative and customized software solutions for global bio-pharma clients. Soham has been with Value Edge as Director, Marketing Analytics since Feb, 2011. He has been instrumental in building and ramping up the entire Marketing Analytics team from 3 members before he joined to ~30 right now. Soham has been responsible for building relationships with client and understanding their long term expectations from Value Edge as an analytics service provider. He has been deeply involved in setting up training processes so that Value Edge could recruit fresh talent from universities every year and build up capacity for delivery. Soham comes with a background in marketing analytics with specific functional expertise in commercial opportunity assessment, BD&L search and assessment, competitive intelligence and forecasting. He has previously worked with SmartAnalyst, a life science analytics firm and with Novartis as a Sr. Analyst in Forecasting. Neeti is co-founder of Value Edge since the company's inception as a self funded start up in April 2009. She has played an instrumental role to build the physical infrastructure, systems and processes and subsequently the finance/accounting and HR functions in sync with the company's growth and strategy. Prior to joining Value Edge, Neeti had worked in Switzerland in TEAM Marketing AG on the Media side where she independently drove revenues for East Europe for the UEFA Champions league across 100+ Television channels. Neeti has been in multiple leadership roles in the Indian advertising industry in FCB Ulka, Leo Burnett and Lowe Lintas where she was Media Director on the LG account with a cumulative 20+ years of professional work experience. Greg has more than 20 years of marketing, business development, and strategic planning experience having served in multiple leadership and entrepreneurial roles throughout his career. After beginning with PriceWaterhouse as a management consultant, he founded Datec, building it into the leading distributor of online medical information to pharmaceutical companies and medical institutions in France. Following the successful sale of Datec to leading French scientific and medical publisher Lavoisier, Greg lead integration efforts as part of the executive team. Greg later joined pharmaceutical company Schering-Plough (now MSD) leading sales force effectiveness, managing the prescription steroids franchise and then establishing the OTC business in France. Following this, Greg directed international operations for leading mobile medical information supplier, Unbound Medicine, building a global distribution network serving medical institutions worldwide.
