Value Edge offers clients alternate models of engagement which could typically either be Project based and Full Time Equivalent based. Typically client engagements begin with Pilot projects and evolve to more complex and deeper models of engagement. Currently we work with 3 of the top 20 bio-pharmas globally and offer FTE based support to them thereby creating an off-shored analytics hub that functions as an extension of the client’s own team.

In other words, large organizations can set up a captive outsourced analytics support group to be based in India which with limited on-shore components to function as an extension of the client's in-house team. Boutique Biopharmaceutical Dermatology Player, California, USA Company:  We were asked to develop a forecast model along with a P&L module for the out-licensing of their leading pipeline assets.
